[Resolved]  Nokia C7 — Poor service, nokia service centre, landmark , Johor Bahru , Malaysia

Nokia is one highly sophisticated product. However, it is so unfortunate that the service centre staff in Landmark Johor Baru is not trained for technical repairs as well as customer service. My family and I as well as my staff have been ardent fans of Nokia phones. Everytime there is a new model, I am one of the first to purchase a set for my family and I. However, today, I have told all my staff that we shall longer support Nokia because of the lack of care in handle repairs. This is nit the first time, I have had trouble with this service centre. But today is my worse nightmare. 2 weeks ago I realized that there is something wrong with the speaker phone...I sent it back to the regular shop I bought it I City Square and the regular guy sent it to the Nokia service centre in Landmark, Johor Baru, Malaysia. Today I was told they repaired the speaker but it is not going to help...and they asked if I wanted to change the mother board. My regular phone guy had already told the service centre not to do any that will effect the memory bec I have many important data. The guy took it back with the supposed old motherboard ....and both i[censored]s found out that someone had done something and the whole contact and memory data have been erased. I am shocked that the Manager, Hidayat had the cheek to tell us that her technician did not do anything. My business in of an Electronics nature...and the lack of integrity and knowledge as the head of Nokia centre...is such an insult to the Nokia brand...what sort of technicians are really employed to handle the repairs of these supposedly high end brands....it is shocking and I shall now also inform all my companies not to authorize any purchase of Nokia phones in all our companies here and abroad. Critical and invaluable data is lost simply because the phone is left of low end technicians and Managers.
