[Resolved]  Nokia Care — harrassed by service

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

I 'Ve purchased nokia N76 From M/S Sky link, Chinchwad link road Chincwad Pune Maharashtra, last Year .It was precious gift for me, from my friend, I am sorry to say very third catagory product thats why it outdated through the market in very short time.Your dealer replaced the body for 2 times in wty, second time he has fitted the local market body which is very shameful for the company like you.

Now i cann't getting the orginal body fitted from the your Authorized franchise in paid basis.I am very irritated on your product, i am going to mail the photos of the same duplicate work to Media.

Pls look into this for proper resolution & avoid dissatisfaction.I ve alredy used 33 nos of nokia Hansets there is no complaint in other sets it is only third catagory product you have launched.

I have experienced the worst with Nokia Care in Udhna Darwaja, Surat, Gujrat. I ran 5 times in 30 days to get my 1650 handset(S. No. 351941/03/738105/0) repaired with the same problem(display) all the time in warranty period.

Last time I was charged with repairing charge in warranty period, but alas!! I still have the same problem with my handset. Finally I had to purchase another handset of different company.

So, Customer is never cared in nokia care.. Its actually the fault of the working persons of the Nokia care.. who are dawning the name & fame of NOKIA..

My Nokia N73M Phone was repaired three times in Nokia Care Shreejee Enterprises Ghaziabad. But My Phone Problem Not solved yet. Now This time I have given my phone forth time.
If This time the problem Phone will not be solve. So You have to give new set of N73M or I will go to Consumer court.

while talking on phone it suddenly switched off instead of full battery. I am facing many problems because of that .I went to the nearest nokia center; the one touch communication service center.there they are denning to make it correct else they are offering us to purchase a new phone of lower cost i am just fed up . I MAILED 5 TIMES BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE .
I request u as my phone enjoys the gaurranty period please replace it as soon as possible

NOKIA/ E71 — FAULTY PRODUCT

I had purchased nokia mobile on 26 jan 09.the details are as follows.
1) Model number: e71
2) IMEI number: [protected]
3) Product code: 0566235
4) Warrenty ref no: GLBINY[protected]
My phone batter drains out very fast, if I press menu the phone gets hung up, voice reception is very poor for incoming calls.

I have been suffering with this problem since march 09.the phone was submitted for repair for more than 6 times. Job sheet numbers are as follows

I am suffering time and money losses due to frequent visit to the service center.

Do I deserve replacement with new handset to get over this frequent problem for ever.

E71 — warranty is for no use ????

Well i bought this phone dated 09.10.2008 with warranty IMEI: [protected].
i had some internal issues with the phone and nearly 5 to 6 times i have it for
service centre at nokia care and they informed me that they have send the phone to
headoffice to sort the issues. but they couldnt do it much about it and handover
the phone saying it cant be repaired. all i wanna know when you people cant do
the service than kindly do give warranty with the phone and cheat your customers.
would appreciate if you revert on it at the earliest.

Nokia-1203 — Mobile Phone Service Problem

Dear Sir/Madam

I have the business of Telecom and electronics. I have purchased the Nokia-1203 from AIRNET TELECOM VIDE BILL NO. 913 DATED 08-06-09.The IMEI No. is [protected] When i sold this mobile to customer it show the problem in mobile. After getting more troubled i go to the nokia care centre (M.S.ENTERPRISES, DHARAM COMPLEX, KHANNA ). they accept the mobile and give the service job sheet on 16-06-09 an job sheet number[protected]/090616/3.

From 16 jun 09 to till date i have many time visited the nokia care but theyare not listening anything. They are doing their own personal job nt the oficial job.They want to give the old mobilebu i refuse.

Please do the needful and take strict action against them

nokia /mobile-6208 — defect in mobile but not repaired & replaced by company

i have purchased nokia 6208 on 19/05/09 & within a couple of day i faced the problem of automatic switched off, one side conversation & camera visualisation was not proper. i have submitted it to nokia care gariahat(kolkata) on 24th may on suggestion of nokia priority but could repair by nokia caroe after that it was sent to head office for repairing on 28 th may.after a mnth still the company is not able to repair it as i have received the mobile on 29 june on the same condition plus additional problem of keypad(it is not working properly).i have told him to replace the handset bt no replacement no repair.i have spent rs 12000 on mobile & what i have get only frustration & harashment.
so plz tell me what i have to do as they have shown in namscareonline.com as closed & repaired.

Nokia 5310 - GSM — Delay in service centre

Dear Sir/Madam,


My sister has purchased Nokia - GSM - 5310 Model(Product code[protected] Mobile from Malleshwaram Nokia Care on[protected].As we given for service and they committed for[protected].But till now[protected] we have not received.And again they are telling the delivery after 15 days.

We are very badly feeling about Malleshwaram Nokia Care.Please help us in this regard and give our serviced mobile immediately.

I send the mobile to Nokia care. they updated the software and returned me the cell on the same day. After 10 to 12 days mobile had a same problem and all the colours in the mobile started mixing and another problem also started. When i connected my cell to my PC in the mass storage mode it would disconnect regularly.so i went to nokia care and showed them the cell. The told they will return in 15 days. After 15 days i got my cell. Now i m facing the the problem of Network. My cell has no network and when somebody calls me they say my cell is switched off. I have to restart my cell daily 3 - 4 times. Then i get the network. I m tired to taking the phone to nokia care each time. I want the NOkia people to change my cell phone.

i got my mobile repaired from nokia care 13 Kapil ViharPitampura Main Road, Delhi on 5th july 2009, 110034. But am sorry to say that I am not satisfied by the service. there was problem with switch off, no repaired my mobole and he told me he will get my switch off rubber replaced as soon as possible. but till date, i have gone there 4 times but still have not got any positive response. he is saying that it is not coming from the company itself. he took rs 300 for repair.

NOKIA/5310 — Delay in delivery time

I have submitted my mobile to Nokia care for a minor problem (Keys was not Working) on 17/Jun/09 they assured me that they will return my mobile with in 15 days but todays it is around 45 days still i am wating for my mobile when i talked to Nokia helpline 30303838 they also not satisfied me only replied that parts are not availabe between these 45 days they have not even contacted me for any clarification.plz help me what to do...
