[Resolved]  Nokia Care — harrassed by service

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

Hi I have a nokia Handset in which Key No 8 was not working I went to Nokia Care Centre Sakinaka Andheri East Mumbai. 1st time when i visited around 5.00 in the evening I was informed that the engineer has to leave early so my handset could not be repaired after making me wait for more than a hour. 2nd time when I visited today at 10.30am They made me wait till 12.00 pm & was asked to leave the handset with them. The way the nokia staff behave and speak is the worst service I ever had. They are working under the brand name called NOKIA and they don't know how to interact with trhe client.

i had purchased up a new nokia n 79 that and after 15 days the phone software started giving a problem so i went to the nokia care and there they uploaded up my software but the guy who opened up my cell phone to check liquid damage had damaged up my screen or display of the phone i want to tell u that the employees u have emplyed in ur nokia care office are itself a big disaster and they are not only decreasing up nokias credit but also harrasing up the nokia customers, can u just tell me what is the crieteria of given the frnchisee of nokia care and what all qualification u ask them to be ur employee in nokia care because they dont know how to work or repair the phone .i m talking about the nokia care that is situated in jhansi (uttar pradesh) hari om sai computers situated in modi tower please check the services rendered by them and there employees .

Nokia — Nokia mobile service

Sir/Madam,
I am one of the Nokia mobile user for the past 5 years. Recently i have purchased Nokia mobile (5220) at universal cell show room, Purasaivakkam branch. Chennai.

One of the speaker is fault in my mobile. I have registered my compliant at universal show room on 27th July 2009 (Compliant job card number 32427). After 8 days they gave it back to my mobile without rectify my given fault.

Again I have registered my compliant with new job card number 32446 on 4th august 2009.

I had trust on Nokia mobile. But not now because of Nokia service is very poor, also they will take long time for service. I am very sorry to say that, here after i will not recommend my friends and colleagues to go for Nokia.

If you really take initiative about my compliant please advice to concern service engineer to resolve my compliant immediately.

Keys were not working properly and not detecting the sim card.
my mobile n73 v4.0839.42.2.1,[protected], RM-133 nokia n73(2) is shutdown after some time (above than 5 minutes) .I cantact with nearly customer care but probulem does not solve.

NOKIA CARE/NOKIA 1650 — DELAY IN SERVICE

I PURCHASED ONE NOKIA MOBILE MODEL 1650 ON 15/12/2008.THERE OCCURE SOME PROBLEM WITH DISPLAY SCREEN SO ON 21/08/09 I WENT TO NOKI CARE(86/1, MARUTHI COMPLEX MAIN NEW THIPPASANDRA HAL 3RD STAGE INDRANAGAR BANGLORE 560075).IT IS STILL UNDER WARRENTY PERIOD.AT 1ST THEY SAID TO GIVE BACK MY MOBILE AFTER RECTIFICATION ON 28/07/09 .WHEN APPROACHED ON GIVEN DATE THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER ONE MORE WEEK, VEN THEN DID NOT RECTIFY AND AGAIN PROMISED TO GIVE ON 12/08/09, BUT THEN ALSO DID NOT GIVE.I WANT JUSTICE

I gave my Nokia Mobile to Nokia Care for repair on 25/07/2009. I purchased that instrument this year, it is GSM - 7310c model. It was told to me that after it will take 2 to 10 days depending upon the mistake. Already 25 days has been gone and they people even today not able to give any satisfactory answer.Even I went to registered our query on[protected], but the problem is as it is. These people are very un-professionals. Can any body give me the answers of the following questions.
1. If the instrument is not repairable then why not they replace the same.
2. If such plenty of time is being taken by Nokiacare then why not they provide alternate handset to the ccustomer. Is Nokiacare wants from customer to purchase another handset for these periods.
3. Not a single call has been received from Nokiacare during these 25 days. Is Nokiacare assumes that the customer is sitting ideal? They should understand that the customer time is very important and nokiacare is running only because we are purchasing Nokia Hand sets and paying for their charges also indirectly.
These are my and most probably complaints of many of people who unfortunately visited such Nokiacare centres.
Please do the needful and help us at the earliest. An early action is solicited.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchase Nokia 3110 classic on 27 March, 2009 in New Bombay. It is now in warrantee period. Within one year I have faced problem in it. First its music player was stopped working, then now it was completely stoped means it can't switched on too.
So I gave it to Nokia care at Siddhivinayak Electronics, 11/12, Varadvinayak Colony Rly Gate, New Panvel (E)-410206, on 12th Aug, 09. IMEI number is [protected].They told me that the mobile is now in dead condition so it doesn't switched on & also gave its delivery date as 19th Ag, 09. They have also told that if it not works they will give me new model of it.
I go there today but they told me that, it will take some 10-15 days more. It is too large period. I have requested them to do in hurry, but they told that they can’t do anything. There are some other people who faced same problem.
If this is the situation, then we are not in good service from Nokia Care. Because you know the importance of mobile phones. If you can’t manage it then give me some other handset to use within these days, because I need mobile. No one can contact me so I am in a big trouble.
Please look over this problem otherwise, I will complain about Nokia Care in Newspaper too

nokia/5610 — my nokia phone creating problem again & again

sir,
i hv a problem with my nokia 5610 cell phone.It is in warranty period.You won't believe it has been repaired 3 times in last three month. Today i hv got my phone reapired 3rd time from nokia center. but in evening it again creating problem. What shoud i do i this situatin. Tommorrow i will go again nokia care n will shout there for the problem. If it repaired again its ok but what about after warranty.
Plz giv me solution of the problem. I m not interested in creating scene in service center. If there is a systamatic solution of the problem.

Nokia E71 — PERFORMANCE OF E71 HANDSET

I had purchased E71 considering that it will be a good Business phone. but to my surprise it is one of the worst experience in using this handset. some of the standard problems like Phone hanging, disconnecting while talking, poor signals, and the topmost very low speaker phone etc.

I would like to inform that the above handset has been purchased from Pantalon Camac Street, Kolkata dated 11/10/08. After using the set for 3 months I found that the set was defective. It was given for repairing to the Nokia authorized service centre 4 times. To my utmost disgust I have realized that the handset is irreparable. I don’t want any replacement. Since it is an expensive set(Rs.20,000/-). I would like to get my entire money back. I would request you to kindly take an immediate action against the above problem since I am totally frustrated with their service. I am extremely sorry to say although Nokia has carved a niche for itself but the performance of this handset has totally marred its image.

Nokia — N97 poor memory

I had bought a Nokia N97 around a month back and i am fed up of this hand set. Despite being a memory of around 32 GB the phone memory or C memory is very less. The C memory of 73mb was already loaded upto 67 mb. Leaving only 7mb space. Now that has been filled and mobile says that delete some data first. I had shown the mobile to the dealer and talked to Nokia service centre but all in vain. They keeps on munching that reset the factory settings, which is done twice but cant solve the problem. Is there anyone who can help me out. How to increase of vacate the C-memory. All the files it shows are either system or installed files. System files cant be moved and the installed files if disturbe i will lose the program.
