i am using 5610id nokia phone . but when i use this phone i face a problem and no one solve my problemelse nokia care, when i go to nokia care they told me excuse every time
please sir solve my problem if not solve then replace my set by new set

I WENT TO CARE CENTRE FOR ABOVE PROBLEM .Detail of job sheets under

2 SECOND TIME AGAIN GIVEN MOBIL SET TO CARE CENTRE ON 06.10.08 REF JOB NO[protected]/081007/18 DT 06.10.08 THOUGHT RAMA TELECOMHE HAS RETURN MOBIL SET ON 25.10.08IN SAME CONDITION WITHOUT SOLVE PROBLEM. I also talk on phone to Mr. Mukesh at your jaipur repair centre HCL and I DO REQUEST TO HCL l THAT BEFORE SENDING MOBIL SETTO UDAIPUR COMPLETE CHECK TO MOBIL SET BUT HE HAS DESPATCH MOBIL SET TO Udaipur without solve problem.
3 SAME DAY AGAIN PREPARED JOB SHEET NO 3638 DT 25.10.08 BY M/S Rama telecom and told that he will be send mobile set AT Jaipur for repairing purpose.

Please look this issue and resolve this problem immediately because I SPENT the money RS 4435 / BUT single day we cannot use Mobil set and from date of purchase Mobil set is going repairing purpose and still defective as on date. I think that I have no mistake for purchase NOKIA Make Mobil Set. This is branded Company. Please give Mobil no of Responsible Person in NOKIA Company so that I can talk to him and solve my problem.

i have a complain regarding Nokia 5310 imei no. [protected] .
i have submitted my mobile first on[protected] with a problem of CHARGER NOT SUPPORTED to nokia care noida centre (HCL).
later i was told by the technicians that my set have a power IC defect which will be rectified but after several days they returned my cell without any repair. i submitted it again to a new nokia care in noida itself (MICRONAS TELECOM ) on[protected] but still i didn't received my cell in perfect repaired condition.
so please take quick action and help me out to get a replacement.

I bought this nokia n73 in the end of june. It was not charging. Dealer offered me to replace the battery, it took around one month to get the battery replaced. The problem persisted. This time handset was sent for repair on 14/10/2008 and I got it back on 11/11/2008 evening, the problem still persisted. I went to green park service station on 12/11/08, till date I have written so many mails and the nos. written on jobsheet are not picked up by your staff. on sending SMS it is replied that it is under repair. I BOUGHT THIS HAND SET ON 19.10.08 FOR Rs 6889/- AND WENT OUT OF STATION AND I CAME BACK AFTER WEEK. THIS HAND SET BECOMES VERY HOT WHILE TAIKING. THEN SUBMITTED IT AGAIN ON 13.11.08 VIDE JOB SHEET NO 1113/35 THEN THEY REPLCED THE BATTERY AND I GOT IT BACK ON 1.12.08 I AM TO SORRY TO STATE THAT STILL THE SAME PROBLEM PERSIST.

Respected Sir,

I gave my Nokia N73 Headset(with both the parts, lower and above parts).
My complaint was that the lower part had some connectivity problem and there was a slight cut in above left ear-piece wire.
at that time Nokia care centre(dwarka, new delhi), they agreed to replace both the parts. but they prepared the job sheet just for the lower part...the above part was no where specified in th job sheet.


And when i went to centre for the delivery of my lead...they returned me only the lower part...and telling me that...if they would have taken it from me, they would have specified in my jobsheet.

I know it was my mistake that i didnt went through the job sheet...but its the truth that i had given them both the parts of my lead.

Plz Help me out.
