[Resolved]  Nokia Care — harrassed by service

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

Nokia N72 — no satisfication from authorised service centre

Sir,
I have bought nokia n72 on 16.07.07 containing IMEI No. [protected]. There is problem facing in hangind & camera, when i open the shutter camera get start for few second and off for few second and then again on and off. I have submit the mobile to your authorised service centre at allahabad ( Mobile hut ) on 15.04.2009 vide Job Sheet No. 90415/5. They told me that the software will be reinstall on your mobile. I will agree for the same and I paid Rs.450/- as service charge vide r. no. 1604. Hanging problem will be solved and new problem be started on mobile of incoming call audio fail. Next day when I asked for the problem to service centre and they deposit the handset for solving the problem. After that problem will be same. Then I today went to service centre for the same problem of camera vide Job No. 090422/13 dated 22.04.2009. They had told that the problem due to body and body has to be change by paying Rs. 1050/-. I am very unsatisfied by the service. My Handset lying the service centre. So I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

i am very much disappointed by your customer center which is in patel nager near satyam cinema
i gave my cell phone for just to get estimate as my cell was suddenly swiched off after changing my cell phone battery, it was due strongly pressing of on/off butten which was gone inside becose of that .

> They charged me 50 rs just for giving me estimte.
{the estimate was 700rs .as i was not having that much money i told them that i will come tomm, they told me sir tomm is our off so plz come day after tomm .no problem was there till yet .}
after going from that place i told my father about that .he took that ph to mobile store for cheking
they told my father that led screen has been changed .and connection have been broken, leaving every thing,
> I went again to that nokia customer care, they again told me sir plz wait we will check first ...
new story came from there bluddy mouth that sir due to water in it Ic has been damaged sory we cant help
(1 = when phone was not working how come i will use it, and pour water in it )
(2 when i came first why didnt htey told me about IC matter )
(3 the person to whom the matter was discussed earlier was told to go from here )
(no slip of my first conversation with them was given to me .)

I ve purchased Nokia 1650 set by January 2009 and suddenly it got repaired by April 20th).

so i went to nokiacare nearby Ashok Pillar of chennai. They checked n said that Battery needs to be replaced and JOB SHEET was prepared(apr 21st) stating replacement of Battery and the Due Date was May 1st.

I went daily from May 1st i.e 2nd 3rd etc... I got my Battery replaced on May 5th. They asked me to leave home and check but i insisted them to check it over there itself. For this they replied "sir we dont have nokia charger"

When i shouted saying "Being a nokia care dont feel ashamed to say this" and after this he went inside and checked.

After that they are telling, there is technical fault in Mobile too and asked me to make again a new JOB Sheet.

Because of them i have been mobileless for more than 15days and who knows it may even extend more than 1 month.

Frustrated by this, i requested them to give atleast a spare mobile for the time being as Solution date for the problem date being unkown.

Most of the person behaved rudely by just avoiding at the very first instant they come to know that im asking for spare mobile.

I also most of the people coming over there being dissatisfied with those (nokia care pupils) response.

Frustrated by this act, im now posting over here.

Is this How a customer care will treat their customers ah?
Then wats the purpose it is name as NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE.

Better change the name!!!

nokia N-73 ME — when i getting service from nokia care they just replaced my cell phone and said that it is new n now it have hardware problem

i submitted me cellphone to nokia care
they replaced it n said it is new
but i recogniged it had been used by other now my warrenty period is over

mr. upendra i am also having the same problem with that phone and another problem is that is takes a lots of time to open my memory card and while playing video and song it gets hanged and it plays alone the audio and then i never had a solution rather than switching it off

NOKIA MOBILE E51-1 — Camera / Keypad malfunctioning

I have given my Mobile Phone Model E 51-1, Hand set No. IMEI [protected] for repairing at the Nokia Customer Care Centre {ASC No:[protected]} at Coimbatore on 28th March 2009. The fault informed for repairing was Camera and Key pads not functioning. The Service Job Sheet Number:[protected]/090328/21 Since then, once in a week, I contact the Service Centre to ascertain the position of Servicing. But, it is distressing to note that the required attention has not been paid to me by your authorized Service Centre Personal. They always give some evasive replies for not completing the repairing of the Product.  Even after a lapse of 45 days, I am unable to know the exact reason for not getting back my mobile repaired.  As per the terms and conditions of your service centre, the product should have been repaired within 7 days and the Customer ought to have been informed the position. However, your Service Centre Personal neither informed me the reason for delay nor repaired it and delivered back the Set. This flippant attitude of the Service Personal causes anxious moments to me. You are requested to intervene in the matter to issue necessary directions to your authorized Service Centre Personal to ensure that my Handset is repaired and delivered to me immediately.  Since, I have already waited for 45 days, without any progress in the matter; I will be constrained to refer the matter to the Consumer Court for appropriate action and redressal of my complaint.

Hope, you will take stock of this situation and act prudentially not only to issue necessary directions to your authorized Service Centre and also ensure that the image of Nokia is not tarnished by unworthy Service Centre Personal.

Nokia — Service Provision & Post Service Functionality

I am Arun V from Kolkata. I purchased Nokia N85 on April 14th from Planet M, Mani Square, Kolkata. After using it for a day, I found that the handset is defective. My voice is getting distorted and tapping sound is heard all over the conversation. I gave to Planet M for replacement. But they did not replace it, but took it to Nokia care, updated the firmware and gave me back.

Even after getting back the mobile, still the problem persisted. I, myself took to Nokia Care, Lenin Sarani, Kolkata for service. They said that it has fault and sent to Nokia Care Head Service Centre in Delhi and returned me the mobile after 14 days. But, even this time the problem was not rectified and still persisted.

I made an complaint to Nokia Eastern Regional Office. As advised by them, I again submitted my mobile for the third time in Nokia Care, Salt Lake, Kolkata asking for replacement. They accepted it saying that there is problem in microphone and replaced microphone and speaker (they said like that) and returned me after a week.

But still the problem was not rectified and remained persisting. No proper response from Nokia Regional Office and Nokia Care. Every time I had to call them and ran across the city. Also, I am sending mails and complaints to Nokia support through mail. No proper response from Nokia. I am simply being harassed by Nokia.

Still, as advised by Nokia Eastern Office, I submitted for the fourth time in Nokia Care, Lenin Sarani, for replacement. Now they are saying that my phone is working perfectly fine and I can collect it. But they are not replacing it. I talked to Nokia Head Office, Gurgaon, India. But, they are not replacing the phone.

I said that I will go legally to solve this issue and publish this incident in media.

Kindly provide some suggestions to solve this issue. It has been more than 50 days now, I have not used my mobile yet.

Nokia E71 — The hands free attachment broke

i had brought the nokia e 71 assuming it to be a superior product. it is good in all the regards but the hands free connection to the phone is of ordinary quality and the earpiece just broke into two.

this is not expected out of Nokia phones and that to of a business phone of the newest generation.
Hi i have given my nokia 3600 for repair which is in warranty in nokia Care, BTM, Bangalore.
I dont understand why they are taking more than 25 days.
The time given for me in my job sheet is 15 days, but its been 23 days and still they are not sure when the mobile wll be given back to me.
I am very disappointed about the service.
please let me know how much exact date when can I collect my mobile.
