sir,
till now i know that nokia care is being opened for the service olf nokia customers but not for damaging the phone & not for money. i had nokia 3500 .it was not working properly so i had gone to nokia care for software update bcauz it was in guarantee. but the owner of nokia care (M/s Piyush Jaiswal) told his engineer to damage my phone in private by disconnecting internet connection & after that my phone goat dead & i several times went nokia care but he didnot service my phone.I also saw that they are busy on servicing other company phones.
I therefore to request u to take strict action & open another nokia care so that customers can get good service.If u donotb take strict action then i have to go for higher complaint.
