Nokia Care — LOST MY DATA AS PHONE BOOK SMS MESSAGE | |||
Sir, Today I went to Nokia care for update software and after updated my nokia E5 model all my phone book memory gone all sms and message all songs all picture it is just a talking phone I gave them a smart phone and they have handed over just a phone. Only they say sorry for inconvenience. I just to ask Nokia competent authority if the same thing happens to USA citizen how the company dealt with matter? I have lost all my phone book approx1000 contact. My bill no 1698 for 224 .00 where it is clearly stated by the nokia care people they could not able to restore back up. IMEI NO [protected] . They have offered me for one year extended amc but when I refused that, they dealt me in this way. I am frustrated with nokia care i dont know what to do ?I have lost all contacts.
