Irresponsible Service and Arrogant Response
The Nokia Care Center, Exposol 275 Kavuri Hills, 1ST Floor, Turning Point, Above ICICI Bank, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500033 is a typical example for THE worst service/response!
They assume they are way too smart and try to fool the customers.
I've been to this Nokia Care Center couple of days back to just change the panel and after they changed, few keys(buttons) did not function properly, when I asked them about this they told me that there is a "Virus" and they need to do a Software upgrade. It was great a mystery why they thought it was a Virus anyways, I had to agree because I had no other option as I was not able to attend calls after the panel change. They upgraded the software and there was no luck. In the process of software upgrade they messed up with the memory card and was so dishonest that they did not want to admit their mistake about the memory card. When I asked them to fix my old panel, the mobile worked just fine.
"The utmost point of frustration was one guy replied that such things often happens with Nokia mobiles and Service Centers and he does not bother/afraid of the consequences even if I complained to his Managers and claimed that he is a great genious despite being proved wrong.
Managers, please educate your staff how to behave, if they are not clear, let them approach you instead of making stupid decisions and making senseless/irresponsible/arrogant/ statements.
