I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 6300 F.Black(ESN/IMEI NUMBER– [protected], INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSM) on 21.05.2008
The display of this mobile was in problem from april 2009, and i reported it to nearest nokia care at kottayam kerala, they tolled that display is in problem and should be removed.also tolled that for removing and replacing the display it will take more than one month.After 45 days i got this mobile after replacing the display.It worked properly for 3 months and after that the display again catched problem.i reported this to the kottayam nokia care they tolled that display has only 1 month warranty and we cannot replace it under warranty.
i am supporting your company since 2002. our market has many other mobile phone companies which has mobile phones of the same quality with affordable price, but i strongly purchased nokia because i had a concept that your brand is the best in the market in quality.but due to this incident i had lost this concept upto an extent.This display damage is not a single case, my 5 friends with nokia mobile had the same complaintof display damage .if so why should we buy a product of nokia with short life time.The unbranded mobile company parts has much more life than new model Nokia phones.I had never thought of it that a Nokia product can start giving problem within a short period of purchase.
