Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Hi,

I bought Nokia X-7, 8 months back and due to some technical problem the cell got replaced with the new one.

The new replaced cell is very bad i did'nt even use that cell for a month, it has lot of problems like
it hangs and switches off several times in a hour and i had complaint this to the nokia care in malleswaram, sampige road, bangalore -560021 and they repaired almost 3times and still they are not able to resolve this issue.

I'm very unhappy with the preformance of the set and i would request to replace this cell with new proper processing conditions.

FYI - more info. refer job sheet no.[protected]/120727/9. this would be my 3 or 4 job sheet no.in a month or two.

but with in month of span it was not working so i went to Hyderabad ( ameerpet) and i have contacted with Nokia care center at elephant house ameerpet . i have given that mobile in care center for repair.I have visited 10 times after one month they have called me and given mobile with software update. the next day itself that was not working. so i have visited again nellore Nokia care (near to our office) they also did same late process.i am immediately contacted with Nokia care Bangalore on the phone claim no- 1/[protected] and i raised a complaint on them so they sent a mobile to Chennai for software update after 2month i got a mobile with software update but again the same problem i was faced with that so i called to Nokia care Bangalore after 1 month they have given replacement for new mobile

but they didn't provided any warranty for new mobile
after 4 month same problems i faced with that mobile some times it automatically get switched off.
day before yesterday
[protected] i went to nellore Nokia care and i have given my mobile for repair . job sheet num 15215
they told me to call on Monday but i didn't get any call from those care centers .
today morning i called to Nokia care center. they told that mobile was dead.


i didn't understand about nokia service centers they are not giving proper response to the customers. here customer satisfaction "zero"
i am totally dissatisfy with your service and Ur new mobiles.

I am writing to inform you about the faulty nokia mobile phone that I have purchased a mobile from a dealer name S.R . TELECOM 0-92/1A, Laxmi market, Canara Bank Street, Munirka, New Delhi-1100067. Ph. No. 32483929.
The mobile is of nokia company model no. 302 asha. I purchased it on 18/07/2012. And only after two month it started proving problematic this is the second time that I am updating the software. I want to get a replacement but the dealer is not replace this phone and providing thousands of hypothetical reasons for that and refer me that you contact nokia care service center than I contact nokia care ( TIKAM INFINITY, 35 Lower Ground, Basant Lok Priya Complex, Basant Vihar N.Delhi-110057. Ph. No:- [protected]. On 08/09/2012. Than nokia care executive told me that is a network problem and I have to change P.F part of handset and charged me Rs. 2075/- so I told him my phone is already warranty period but he neglect me and he told you have to paid Rs. 2075. after all my problem is same. I am very upset for your poor service.

In this regard, I insist on getting a refund my full payment if the replacement will not arrive within on more week.

I am very much disappointed to express the followings.

I purchased one Nokia 500 set from your Prority Dealer Talktel,
Bhubanewar on 4th August'2012. After 15 days o[censored]sing I encountered
following problems.
> The call was being cut very frequently while talking & I
have to dial again and again to the same person.
> Mobile was getting switched off automatically.
> Set was getting heated after a few minutes conversation.

I approached M/s Talktel & they advised me to change the SIM
and observe it for few more days. I encountered again the same
problem and approached Talktel.
They sent this Set to Nokia Care ( Job Sheet dt:11.10.2012 attached)
and delivered on the same date after some sofeware updation.

Again I encounted same problem on 10th Nov (The call was being cut very frequently while talking & I have to dial again and again to the same person) and handed the set to Talktel( Nokia Care) on 14th Nov'2012 and asked them to replace the set. They have sent this set to your Office.

I generally prefer Nokia and have been using Nokia set since long and all were working very well.

It is a new, costly set and started giving problem within 10 to 15 days of its pruchase.

It is very much harassing as well as loss of time & money to go frequently to your service centre.

Thefore I would request you do the needful for the replacement
of my Set at the earliest.

inspite of sending the cell to factory for 20 days the problems are still reoccuring very often ...i have given my cell today at nokia care borivali (w)..

I have been using NOKIA phone for past few years when I bought E72 in July 2010 which is working fine till date.

So, on the earlier gained trust, I purchased the NOKIA ASHA 302 in June 2012
But from the very first day, I am facing number of problems with this new handset :
1. screen hangs,
2. sluggish response, and
3. Phone restarts

When contacted with the dealer (Spice Hotspot Retail Shop- Part of Hall No. 12, Gaur Gravity Mall, 8, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh), they checked the phone and told that the problem has been resolved but problem persisted.
Again I contacted to the dealer & it was conveyed that there is issue with ASHA 302 and nokia has accepted it, so nothing can be done. On my request, the dealer changed the battery as well.

But even till today, 3 problems (mentioned above), are still there. My only mistake was my blind faith on NOKIA.

So you are requested to:
Replace the mobile with the new one provided that you will take the responsibility for any hardware/software problem.
Or
Refund the amount Rs 7000/- that I paid vide Bill No. 123T25471 dt 10 June 2012.

In less than a month (in the month of February 2013), Above said Phone not found not working properly ( PHONE SCREEN HANGING, off and on, Notes+ note opening, Ringtone sound lowering pitch after one or two rings of its own, and certain other erratic behaviours. NOKIA representatives helped to RESET the phone to the factory mode. Phone worked for few weeks and again developed the same problems again the month of March 2013.
Undersigned signed after contacting NOKIA reps and contacting the NOKIA Service Centres visited NOKIA SERVICE CENTER MICRONAS TELECOM, C – 4, SECTOR – 2, NOIDA, INDIA, (JOB SHEET NUMBER :[protected]/130318/33 DATED 18 MARCH 2013 (Time: 13:10). Contacted M/s Sunita, Manager Service Centre. The Manager was very kind and courteous. The Centre Technician Mr Neeraj was called and attended . The Technician was kind but Undersigned did find him wanting technical expertise and professional competence. Contacted the SERICE CENTER/NOKIA REPAIR CENTER in Sector – 62 or 65, on phone. FINALLY UNDERSINED WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE EQUIPMENT (CELL PHONE) FOR FORWARDING TO REPAIR CENTER. UNDERSIGNED WAS INFORMED THAT IT MAY TAKE MINIMUM OF 10 TO 15 DAYS. What is the Maximum time limit NOT INFORMED?

It is almost TWO months, after purchase of NOKIA LUMIA 920 and Undersigned has failed (FAILED) to avail the proper services of the phone. Certainly the Undersigned had not spent almost Rs 40000.00 (for the phone and related accessories), to avail problems, tension and running around to get the phone repaired. Further from the past experiences, Undersigned is aware of the fact that the phone will be opened, repaired and handled under rough conditions and if repaired, will be returned in bruised conditions and with scratches ( giving a perfect antique look). UNDERSIGNED IS NOT INTERESTED TO POSSESS AN ANTIQUE LOOK PHONE AND HAD PAID FOR THE NEW PHONE AND NOT THE REPAIRED SECONDHAND PHONE.

UNDERSIGNED HAD SPENT MONEY AND PURCHASED THE PHONE NOKIA LUMIA 920, TO POSSESS A FINE LOOKING AND WORKING EQUIPMENT. YESTERDAY MY MOBILE WAS STOLEN BY SOMEBODY AND TILL NOW IT IS NOT FOUND

Till now Nokia XL not available in stores.

I have been waiting for Nokia XL from 2months but as it had been launched in Odisha in 16th May but today is 21st May but till now it is not available in stores. I just want my answer why is that?
