Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I own a Nokia 5200 mobile phone.I notice a hell a lot of probs in my phone since the day i purchased. there is a very poor customer service. i therfore request the concerned people to lookin through the matter.

I bought Nokia Hand set N-95 on 27/10/2007 after spening considerable amount of money. The set just functioned for one week and after that developed techincal problem and stopped operating.

The set was purchased from Desire-Ludhiana. I returned the set them on 10/11/2007 but nothing has been done by the company to alliviate my problem.

I bought nokia N 95 from singapore on 12/06/2007. we bought it by it after spending considerable money.I was in that country for a short visit and because of my trust in the brand nokia and its services, made me buy that model at heavy price. i have bought it from a nokia showroom there. since the day of its use it is giving problem of hanging. it hangs after sometime automatically and even on swithcing it on and off it fails to work.even taking out and replacing the battery doesnot work. then we were told the second day of its use that it wont be repaired in INDIA even though it is in gaurentee period. we spent another precious 2500 rs at nokia service center in chandigarh at the name of software update( after buying the set for nearly 30,000 rs). after repair also the same problem continued and now the nokia service center is asking for rs 8000 to repair it. this is very sad and SHOCKING.This continued harrrasment of last 4 months by the brand NOKIA was not expected at all. In fact buying the brand NOKIA was to escape the inconveniences we are facing today. kindly help me out of this everyday torture and the great loss of money, as now the prices of the same model has also fallen. we were told that nokia has an international warranty, even if not .. can u please help us by responding and telling the true story to save our harrasment. please respond soon.

on screen line has emerged,due to diwali holidays market and care centres was closed,after approaching care,dealer,disrtibutor,finally conclusion is Nokia is only for target sale ,company does not have any emails,or Proper channel to support its customer,care is good for nothing. it seems by next diwali replacement of set will be done.

I purchased a nokia new N70 model from a delhi retailer. Just after two days of my purchase I discovered that there is a black spot on camera lence due to which I get black sign on every picture I take through this camera. Retailer asked me to go to Nokia Service Centre. I deposited my set wih Nokia Service Centre and they asked me to take it back after two weeks. After two weeks when I visisted them I found that problem was not resolved. They said, take it to noida customer care centre. After wasting my two weeks and two visits to them, they again want me to waste further time. I am a salaried class person and it costs me Rs.1000 per day if I take leave from office. Already two half days I have taken for my phone. Is it all nokia customer care famous for. In one month since I purchased the cell, I lost my salary, time and use of mobile. Who is going to pay for them? Cell problem is still not resolved.

He says his duty is only selling. Even after 1 hrs also they will not replace set. You are to go to Nokia Service centre. Is Nokia a hopeless company ? Yes, it seems to be.
My impression on NOKIA has gone to zero. I will buy any mobile in future, but no preference to NOKIA. It is a hopeless company.

My Nokia N-72 didnot work for a day and the dealer neither takes any complaint nor replaces the set. He says, huis duty is only to sell. You are now to go to their Service centre and bag.
The behaviour of the dealer M/s Tirupati Communication, Guwahati, GS Road Ph:[protected] is horrible. No question of a day, eeven after one hr also they cannot replace the set. It is NOKIA company's policy. And also there is no system of any customer complaint with them. I and my friend circle will now never go for NOKIA. Hopeless Service

its been a pleasure to have been associated with nokia. however, in the past few years although the sales have shot up, the after sales services have gone from bad to worse, and at present they are totally horrifying. i m the owner of a nokia n 91, which i have purchased by paying a hefty amount. however, the phone is the weirdest models ever developed by nokia (must be a by product o[censored]r service centres). it continuosly hangs and takes hours to start (only when it wishes to it starts). on contacting the service centre personally (shivajinagar branch, opp sakaal office, pune) i was in store for a bunch full of surprises. firstly ,the owner is a liar. he has given me his contact number ,both mobile and landline ,but he never bothers to pick up the phone, secondly he coolly passes off any problem approached to him by saying it will take min 10-15 days as he is not competent enough to handle the problems(ever wonder why and what the outlet is for).
sir i request u to please look into the problem as i m very sure that nokia is not as bad as these bunch of jokers are makin it look like.

I had purchased a Nokia 6155 CDMA on the 22nd June 2006. The flap of this cell developed cracks on usage 5 times during a period of 1 year i.e. the period of warrantee. The service center repaired the defect without cost but as this was a inbuilt defect in this model, what would be that status after the warrantee expires. I was assured that the warrantee would be extended and as predicted the flap once more developed cracks in October 2007. Nokia care wrote to me that I should hand over the cell to and authorised service center and the number of the jpb should be intimated to them. As per the instruction I did the needful and handed over the cell phone to Brightpoint Pvt. Ltd. on the 13th of November 2007 and sent this required information to Nokia Care customer center on the same day. I have sent two reminders and have not yet received any reply from them. I am left totally stranded without a cell phone. the inconveniance caused is un-immaginable. Just for the sake of information the job no. is MUM016008 given to Brightpoint and I have told them to go ahead with the repair of the cell and that I would pay for the cost. I hope that proper sense would prevail and the cost would be refunded by Nokia. Here in Nokia it is the case of the BIGGER THEY GET THE SMALLER WE GET

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that I purchased the above-noted set on[protected]. As the mobile set was not getting start so I gave the set at Nokia Care. Nokia care called me and informed that the board of mobile is not in repairable condition, come and collect this we can not do anything however the set is in warrenty period. I expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

This is reference to my earlier complaint (No: 2-2LEJCN) letter Dt: 28/09/2007, 8/11/2007 as informed by customer care executives Mr: Sharath & Mr. Rahul asked me to collect my mobile from Nokia Center on 22/11/2007 it to my surprise even after 16 Days completion my mobile fault have been not rectified, as informed when I approached nokia care my mobile complaint was not rectified it will take another 4 days for completion

It is Stupid Customer Care, I never seen in my life, absolutely no Co-Ordination between Customer Care & Nokia care, as on today 17 days passed that I am moving with out mobile for no fault of mine, when I paid whole money for mobile why I should I wait for somebody’s mistake, kindly advise your nokia centers to give me new mobile, and keep my faulty mobile for Experiment and R&D purpose


Thr’o this letter I am warning you replace my mobile with in 2 days, failing which I May Force to Approach Legally
