Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

i want that who is a owner of mob. no. [protected]
i carry a bl-c5 battery it has a problem but it is not shown in the net. when i checked with nokia web site. it is becoming thicker and thiker i went to every store they say it has no problem but if it blast i will blame the nokia commpany. i have paased this letter to the goverenment office also. my name is apar dwivedi.

I had bought a Nokia 5700 Xpress Music Phone on 9 Nov 2007. But i face so many problems in my phone, then i gave it to Nokia care at 3 Dec. 2007. I got it on 20 Dec. back.
But when i got my Nokia set, the keys print of body rubber were not there and i also shown it there on delivery and i was also not satisfied with service. I also wrote it on jobsheet that i am not satisfied.
I gave my set to Nokia care again on 08 Jan 2008. My jobsheet no. is[protected]/080108/24 and set IMEI no. is [protected]. In my nokia set there are so many problems like down joystic, hearing speaker is not working properly and infrrared is also not working. On last service thr print of body rubber also got damage and there were scratch. . In this set so many manufacturing problems are there.
Now I want to get changed my set from Nokia Company. So, send me the another piece of Nokia 5700 Xpress music set soon, because I am not satisfied with this set.

Very Bad ! I am quite unhappy with the Nokia pertaining to the replacement of default battery BL-5C :[protected]N[protected] for which I had lodged my on-line request on 24/08/2007 and regret to inform that till date no replacement yet received despite of several phone calls on their customer care lines. At Jaipur their Service Centres are also refusing the replacement by showing unavailability of the stock of batteries.
Kindly seriously look into the matter and guide me what should I do. Friends its my humble request to all the readers , pls. put Nokia in your black list.

We have purchased a Mobile set for our Chief General Manager (Personnel) model NOKIA 6300
bearing no.[protected] dated 28/09/2007 from Bansal agencies,Singrauli.

The mobile set was not working since 15 days and it was handed over to Bansal agencies for
repair. But the mobile set could not be repaired in Jabalpur customer care,Jabalpur.M.P

As we understand that the services of NOKIA are very good and expect the same your office for
our corporate.

kindly advise the concerned agency to repair the mobile set as it is under warranty.

Your kind intervention in this regard will be appreciated.

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased (dated 17/08/07) the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone hangs several times a day. Since we have purchased the phone from pune I have visited Nokia care center once in Pune & once in Ahmednagar as they replaced the current softwares but in vain, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest.
