Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I bought my cell 8-mnths Back N70.
& from the time of purchase it's not working properly. It Hangs a lot, some of keys stope functioning some times, Speed is too slow.
I shared this problem 4-5 times at differnt-2 Nokia Customer Care but all in vain.
All the time they update the software, but still the problem exist.
I am working with an IT company & spared a lot time for that, No finally i fed up up of this.
Please do helpful.

It seems that , NOKIA does not give any Value to the Customer or may be does not know the meaning of 'CUSTOMER'

I believe NOKIA is only Interested to Sale the products Not to provide any Support to the Customer.

If a corporate member get such treatment from NOKIA , I fear what Nokia has kept for the general people.

Please treat this as a FINAL REMINDER as after dated,14.01.2008 at 11 am I shall be forced to take decisions as per my wish.

I would like to draw your Kind Attention as a Valued Customer of Nokia as, I thought before taking any decision I must inform & update you all what is happening & how you are giving value to your customer.

A Nokia N 70 ([protected],STD00009,Issue-04) was brought by me on 11.12.2006 vide Bill No.1394 from "Music Planet" Faridabad,Haryana,India.
The above said instrument was giving trouble since beginning & same was intimated to your service people also, but no action or value provided by them.

The same Instrument finally stopped working on 09.12.2007 & same day brought to your service department situated in the above mentioned shop.
Nobody took any action & pretended that all are very busy to do any needful.

Finally when the Warranty period was over ,on 16.12.2007 the same Instrument was gladly accepted by your service people for Repairing, mentioning the target date of delivery as 25.12.2007.

On the Target Date I was told that ,the problem will be solved only at your service center in New Delhi,

The enclosed Scanned copy of Service Invoice No.: ACS 471_434038 dated 02.01.2008 given the Target Date of Delivery as 05.01.2008.

On the Given Delivery Date it was found that the Instrument was not repaired & till today,10.01.2008 it was not delivered to me.

I do not have any answer of this outrageous attitude of Nokia..

---- Why the Faulty Instrument was given to the customer !
---- What made Nokia Service team to wait for servicing once & only the warranty Period of Instrument is over !
---- What Fun Nokia is having to make their customer fool by keep on changing the Target Date of delivery!
--- How long should I loose my business for this Excellent Attitude of Nokia !
--- How long Customer should trust & give value to Nokia !
--- How Long should I in move from one state to another to get my Great Nokia Instrument !
---- Who is going to bear my loss in Business, Time Loss, transportation charges caused by Nokia ???



I shall wait till 11 am of 11.01.2008 for a satisfactory answer to get all my Monterey looses before I take any further decision

I have purchased NOKIA 3110 from FRIENDS MOBILE, 4, SETHNA SHOPPING ROAD, BHARUCH (GUJARAT) on 20th Jan 2008 for RS 5200/-. The above mentioned vendor claims to be your authorised dealer.
I came to know from your advertisement in TOI dated 21st Jan 2008 that the actual price of the fore mentioned handset is RS 4999/-
Thereafter i confirmed the advertised price was same on 20th Jan 2008 also, from your NOKIA CARE CENTER.
i approached the dealer for correction in price, but neither he expalined the reason for price variation nor he refunded the difference.
Moreover he misbehaved by saying that you are wrong and our prices are correct.
Therefore i request you to kindly take the necessary action in time, since such kind of dealer response is spoiling your image on customer.
i anticipate a satisying action from your end or else i will be bound to take further action for right of customer.

The so called technicians in those centres are straight off the road with no expertise except to "reload" the software. This is a complete sham. Shame to Nokia for giving franchisees to such hopeless people.

When I have shown this mobile to nokia care near Puspa complex hissar dated 21 jan 2008 ther they have checked the mobile and repaired the mobile & charged RS. 280 but the problem was same when I have checked the mobile on the spot(at the shop only near the shop owner) so he have refund the amount charged. now the person also misbehaved with me & also he has said that the mobile is unrepairable. He also saying that this mobile will not work on BSNL sim but the same simcard is working on other mobile also the airtel sim is not working on this mobile. NOW i want you tell wher I will go to solve the proble as i have been facing the problem & how it could be solved.

I have bought Nokia 1600 (Sr. No.: [protected]) dated 08th may 2007 from FANCY STATIONER (CG-28-29,PUSHPA SHOPPING COMPLEX, HISAR) via bil no. 645.I have been facing the problem with this mobile as it was displaing Insert Sim card while sim is inserted. I have taken this mobile to Nokia care at hisar(Kamla Enterprises) Near Pushpa complex hisar. their they have checked & repaired the mobile & charged RS. 280 but the problem was not rectified. I have checked the mobile at the shop only and shown it to the shop owner. He have refunded the amount & said that the sim card you were using (BSNL) is faulty so he checked this Sim card with his mobile it was working OK Also he have checked other Sim card (airtel) with this mobile the Problem is same (Insert Sim Card). Also he said that the mobile is not repairable. Now as this mobile is under warranty so how this problem is rectified.Also what can be done if the shopowner is misbhiaving with the coustmer( to whome Nokia have given the service Center)

I have been facing problem with so i requests you to help me for this issue.

I gave the phone in chennai Nokia care on january 7th 2008 today is jan 29th . It took me 3 and half hours to give my phone to the representative's they said i will get my phone back within 3 days . Still i am yet to get my phone. The problem was at times when i call the phone wont respond i should switch off the phone and switch it on to call some one . Till now they are saying the same story that my phone is still being repaired . I dont know whether i would get it back or not. I[censored] want i can give the job code too. Nokia's customer care guys have the same atitude as the Indane gas agency guys . Guess both of them totally understand they are indispensible. I have moved from Indane to HP, and junked my nokia for a Sony Ericsson. Sony Ericsson rocks :)
I own a Nokia 2626 mobile phone.I notice a hell a lot of probs in my phone since the day i purchased. there is a very poor customer service. i have bought it on 06/01/2008 from the day of purchased it was in service center i didnt even used it for a min on 04/02/2008 they gave saying it has been kept in observation for four days after geeting that the same problem remains till now.so make repalcement for it .the IME no.358087/01/497118/3. please ensure it for replacement
