I am a resident of Nashik, Maharashtra, india.I purchased Nokia 6233 in July'2007. But for the past 15-20 days my mobile is not functioning well. The battery lasts only for 13-14 Hours, even though I receive fewer calls. Sometimes I find there is a Hang-in problem too. For example, the Network Icon indicating Tower Strength is invisible or shows low strength while my other freinds who are with the Cell Operator do not face it. Sir, I am confused as to how to check the consistency of my mobile's performance. I hereby kindly request you to guide me to this problem either by helping whom to approach or your solution to the problem.

Nokia N72 — mobile repairing is not correct in 3 times

i am utkarsh garg i purchased a nokia n72 handset imei no.[protected] on 4-8-2008 which create on/off proplem from the same date i repair 3 times this handset in main head office of the company, i again given this headset to company and company give me job id 1-[protected] so pls change this hand in this time

I have given my mobile for repair on 13th Jun 2009 because of earpiece heating. JOB SHEET No. 32465550/090613/35. That day Nokia care people told that the delivery will be made on 22nd Jun 2009. When I called on 30th Jun 2009 today at 1430 hrs also the set was not ready and the response from the center is not proper. It is shameful to inform you that lady who lifted the phone has kept the phone in middle. She don’t have curtsey even to have a proper communication.
So, you are requested to look into the matter, please inform me when my phone is ready. Please confirm.

We have purchased N81 8 GB Batt. 145782 CH 403875 Nokia Mobile from your Authorised Dealer M/s Gayatri Incorporation, Indore (M.P.)
vide their invoice no. 15 dtd. 10.12.07 worth Rs.22500.00, in this connection the body of above mobile cracked about 2 months ago and we have been enquiring the availability of body of said mobile, but neither your authorized dealer nor your service center has made it available. It is advised by the service center to purchase spurious body from the open market which is quite surprising and arise a question about the utility of such type of service centers who are advising to client to purchase the spurious spares instead of ensuring the availability of spares. As we have been facing problem from 27.08.08. (ref ; yr. Authorized dealers challan no.3432 dtd. 27.08.08 worth Rs.300.00.)

You may aware that mobile is must in routine business activities, hence prompt attention had to be provided. It is experienced that almost all multi national companies have been sorting out the complaints within 24 hrs. but in such case we have been facing problem since 27.08.08. We can’t understand the reason of such type of poor service from your service centers, it may be either the dealers net work is weak or service centers are not performing wel.

Hence, please instruct your said authorized dealer/service center to make the body of said mobile available immediately, since the matter has already been pulled out for about 1 year due to your poor services. As we have already confirmed to pay the charges whatever required to replace the body.

NOKIA, MOBILE:7610 SUPERNOVA — Mobile repaired 6 times in 3 months

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a physicaly chalenged (both legs) unmarried female working in GAIL-NOIDA. I live here with my old aged mother, rest of my family lives in Meerut-up. On the eve of Womens day i.e. on 08th March 09, i had purchased a Mobile:7610 Supernova. Within a week this mobile started malfunctioning and was repaired at Meerut Nokia care(15 days). This was handed to me and worked fine for a week or Two and then the same problem occured. From that day only this mobile is more in custody of Nokia care. Recently (2nd of June '09) i handed it to Nokia care-Noida(near Statdium) for 5th time reapir. This was returned to me on 11th of June and it started malfunctioning on 13th of june 09. As i went to nokia care for the Sixth time, the engineer their have applied some tricks and made the phone partly ready. As i demanded the job sheet, he initialy refused to give. But after pressurising a lot they had given it and taken the mobile into their custody. Now i am recieving call from them that the mobile is repaired and the quality check has been done.

Sir, My request is : why this was not confirmed earlier.
Secondly I am really feeling disgusted to invest 11000/ Rs in such a poor product. I don't have any faith whether this set will work fine or not.
From the date of purchase it is with nokia care for 90% of the time, it has been purchased.

Sir i am a handicapped girl and requires an escort to move upstairs, Ia m really in a very horrible and disgusting position . Kindly treat me as your sister and help me in either getting the new replacement or my Money back.
I will be highly thankful and will be oblidged for the entire life.

I had given my nokia 3230 mobile for the software update in nokai care centre on 13-07-09.

The next day i recieved the cell phone and the moment i switched on my mobile at home, it was giving me the blinking LCD. I again complainted for the LCD and now they have been saying that the LCD has been corrupted due to pressure. I think this is due to their own negligency.
They are making fake stories that my cellphone was dead before repair. But it wasn't, they checked it.

Nokia — Refuse to repair under warranty mobile

It is submitted that I have a nokia mobile (NOKIA 1650 Serial No: [protected]) under warrantee covered. This mobile was repaired at Nokia Care, Jaipur on dt.[protected] for the prblem "no charging" under waranttee. The same problem "no charging" is rised on dt.[protected]. This mobile is checked by Nokia Care at Chandigarh (Nokia Care, SCO 2901-02, Near Piccadily Chowk, Sector 22-C, Chandigarh) and informed that mobile is tempered insidely and can not be covered under waranttee & return back without repair.

It is requested that kindly examine the matter and necessary direction may be passed to Nokia Care at Chandigarh (Nokia Care, SCO 2901-02, Near Piccadily Chowk, Sector 22-C, Chandigarh) for repair mobile phone under warrantee.
