[Resolved]  Nokia E5 — Microphone damage

My name is Saurabh Arora,
I have purchased Nokia E5-00. IMEI no[protected] on 17th Aug 2011 . From the veryt first date of purchase its speaker is having problem. I had shown it many times to nokia customer care office located at Krishna nagar mathura(uttar pradesh). Every time they just update the software .But the problem still remains unsolved. Kindly solve the issue either by replacing it ort provinding me proper instructions of its repairment.
