I have to state that I had purchase Nokia Mobile Set Model No. E-63 imei No. [protected] Dt. 12th September 2010 from you since then set is not working well & is repeatedly proving defective I had given to you three times to remove the defect in the mobile on the under noted Dated.

But the defect was not removed & fault still persist. My guaranty period expired on 12th September 2010. you are therefore required either to remove the defect immediately or give me a new set in lieu of the same if nothing is done before the expiry of guaranty period I shall be compelled to take such action as shall not be palatable to you
