Nokia - E7 — swap (replaced) set is having scratch on its facia | |||
I purchased a new nokia E7 from Moblile Store kolkata on[protected] having IMEI number:[protected]. After 3 months of purchase my handset got a software failure and i submitted it to the nokia care(Crazy Infovision) on[protected]. They didnt able to repair the original handset and provided me with the replaced handset of Nokia E7 having IMEI number- [protected] after 20 days of submission. After few days i found that this replaced handset is also having problem of noisy sound when get connected to handsfree and has scratches on facia. I resubmitted the replaced handset to crazy infovision on[protected]. Now on[protected] they revert back and said that they have repaired the replaced handset and resolve the noisy sound issue but they havnt change the facia. Now my issues are: Why would i accept the repaired handset which is a replaced one? If Nokia Company is giving this kind of SERVICES to their client,its better they should not provide ANY of THE SERVICES. I am totally HARRESSED with the services which the CRAZY Infovision (NOKIA CARE) is providing and the way the executives of the service center behaves.
