phone dead

I have given my handset i;e Nokia E71 which was hang in Mobi Quest ameerpet service center on 24/03/10 and they said they will in 3days but they gave my phone after one week and said the problem is solved but after 2days again my phone got same problem. Again i have given my hanset in same showroom on 6/04/10 they said they will give on 8th but when i have called them they are postponing the date
