[Resolved]  Nokia / Express Music 5700 — Handset body changed with old one.

I am really fedup and been cheated second time at the same palce in Nokia Care(Mahavir Electronics) at Nerul East, near Nerul railway station. I had given my handset to repair just the problem was the key pads 2,5,8 & 0 were not working. A job sheet was issued with number[protected]/091026/9. And told to come the next day to collect the handset. At that time i told the lady sitting in reception to please take care not to replace the body of handset because earlier i had giver 6275 and the body was provided a tampered one very badly. So please dont repeat again and told her to check the handset as it does not has any scratches and the body of handset is absolutely new the handset was got from Muscut with arabic and urdu letters on key pad, she said dont worry the body of handset will not be changed. When after repeated attempts at nokia care after a week i was told the handset is ready and told to collect i went to take the handset and checked the body of handset is completely changed with lots of scratches on it and the number key pad was also changed as it did not had the arabic or urdu letters on it. The nokia care guy Mr Hiten said this is the body of handset when i gave my handset, which is absolutey wrong. I told him and explained him, this is not the body and key pad of handset because the key pad has only numbers on it with arabic urdu letters missing he was not ready to listen and tring to make me fool. He was insisting on the same that my handset is the only handset for repair and he has not got any other 5700 handset for repair.

Finally he said he will againg check and revert.
Then again i went the next day he told me he had one old 5700 for repair might be the body must have replaced with that. The owner of old 5700 has been called with that handset to check the body and want 2 days time.

Then today i got call from the nokia care Mr Hiten who runs the nokia care saying the key pad with arabic and urdu letters was with the old handset and has been put back to my handset so i asked him about the body he said the body is same the scratch one, its the same when i gave him which is unfair and untrue.

Please help me solve my issue.
