respected sir/madam, isse pehle bhi maine nokia care service centre ko complaints dali hai. imei no:[protected] march mein mobile phone nokia are jorhat mein dala tha nokia care ne mere se pucha kya hua hai maine bataya keypad problem 2 dabane par 7 aur7 dabane par 2 dabtatha (keypad problem) nokia care ne mujhe kaha 1100 rupaiye lagenge maine bola thik hai par aap pujhe jald se jald de dijiyega bole sir aap chinta na kare 3din baad aayiyega set bankar tayaar ho jayega maine kaha thik hai 3 din baad aaya nokia care staff ne kaha sorry sir aaj nahi ban paya 1 week baad aayiye maine kaha thik hai par mujhe 28 march ko jana hai aap mujhe mera mobile kaise bhi karke mujhe bana ke lauta dijiyega ,1week nikal gayi 2week nikal gaya par unhone kuch nahi kiya jab mujhe jana tha to mera cell phone jis halat mein tha ushi halat main de dena chahiye tha unhe par ulta use dead karke de diya nokia care online complaints main apni baat rakhi kuch dino me wahan se call aya aur maine yahi baat rakh di par unhone kaha ye apka fault hai aap apna mobile kyun le gaye to kya main apna mobile unhe dekar aata kya aap hi batayiye ki mujhe kya karna chahiye complaints karne par apni nahi onsumer ki galti bata rahi hai nokia care kya ye sahi hai aap kripya karke mujhe insaaf dilaye your's faithfully kumar gaurav mobile no [protected],[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
