Heavily frustrated from Nokia

Hi ,myself Shivakumar from Bangalore and i was using nokia 7710 handset but by mistaken i have lost the handset in shimla but there the police is telling that they can't do anything ie they can't tracker throug IMEI NO ... So can anybody is there to help me out from this problem ............

I have bought a nokia phone model no. 6260 & Serial No. 357068000708541, I have given four times to nokia center but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to nokia service center District Centre, Lucknoe uttar pradesh in India for repairing. They took one month twenty five days to gave it back to me after committing one week. Apart from that its still having same problem. I got really frustrated from this company bcoz they are doing nothing and my warranty period about to expire........

I have request to all the mobile users please do not purchase any type of nokia mobile. now nokia manufacture very low and bad quality of mobile.

All the mobile have very poor quality. And service center do nothing for nokia customer. He has not any satisfactory answer for your mobile: it says only your mobile is only under repair kindly check the status on next working day.

Please mail me the AWB/C.N.no & Date & Courier name through which you have despatch the battery. So, please reply me as soon as possible because the battery was registered on 17.08.2007 and till now there is no further information have been received.

I have purchased a cell nokia-5700 on dt 09.07.07, after a week i realized that my enhancement is not working properly, i went to the nokia care centre at janak puri new Delhi, they has taken my enhance on don't 26.07.07 & told that it ill be replaced/ repair before 11.08.07, but till dated 11.09.07 it is lying with them, every time i went there they are saying it is in process, so i want to know how long this drama will go, i want to know after spending lot of money on the cell phone, i am not getting any services from the nokia care, which is putting very bad impression of the company image, i want to know how long i have to wait, looking forwrd for your immediate attention to this matter.

I have nokia 3230 handset (IMEI No:357099009670234). I bought it from nokia priority shop vadodara on april-2006.After using 5 months i got a problem related to display and camera application.So, i shown it to the authorized person at surat nokia care.The camera problem was solved but the display problem was still there, so then i shown it to the vadodara nokia care on the date 15th November 2006.Because it is nearer to my home.

At first they could not solve the problem so they sent it to the Nokia Care Headoffice Ahmedabad (Gujarat) three times, but still the problem was there.During this period i called weekly to the nokia care vadodara, but there reply was very irresponsible.On the phone they ware telling me that the handset is ready but when they delivered to me the problem was still there.This whole process took 2 months during this period, they even not given me the stand by mobile because they ware not having.I visited the Nokia care 10 to 12 times for solving that problem but i found no progress.

Whole this last 3 months i suffered a lot by time,money ,petrol and loss in business because i was not having any mobile.

So, herewith this mail i want to acknowledge you people sitting there at nokia Head office (india), that at Gujarat (Vadodara Nokia care) i suffered a lot due to such problems.Who is responsible for that?

dear sir,

i have purachase nokia N73 M (imi no. 356406013888473) from delhi.dt. 03.09.2007
put i live in aligarh U.P
in my mobile some redaling problem from this i have gone in nokia care for solve this problem and for this he has formate and resoftwaring 2-3 thims but my phone is not working propely and now he say i can't help it. so please i request to u please solve this problem

I bought a nokia 5130 xpress music phone a month ago, and i have visited nokia care more than 5 times... my phone has 3 faults
1.blank screen appears couple of times a day.
2.colour dots in camera.
3.screen saver is not accesable...
i want a new set to be replaced, because my phone was in nokia care for the past 18 days and still the problem is not solved...
I WILL TAKE THIS TO CONSUMER COURT...DEFINATELY
