PROBLEM WITH NOKIA N-95
I have purchased Nokia N-95 on 25/05/08; however since than I am facing trouble in using it as the phone set gets hang-up or restarts again and again. The set was purchased from Mobile Store, Located at Karol Bagh. No. of times I visited to the store initially to know the position of mobile set. A few advices were given to me - like lets close all operative application, battery should be fully charges etc. I was also narrated that problem remains to some extent on multimedia phones. Ultimately on getting imbalanced with the situation I handedover the phone to Mobile Store, who took the same of care centre located at Gurdwara Road, Karol Bagh on 23/06. The same could not be repaired by them. The phone was then submitted to East Patel Nagar Care Centre vide Job Sheet No. 1300135605. I got my phone back on 28/06. Still the phone is not working and it is getting resarted again and again. The mobile set has again been handedover to East Patel Nagar Centre under job-sheet No. 1300135862 dated 30/06/2008. I was promised to rectify the instrument in next half an hour; however when in the evening I visited to the store again for collection of phone; it has been retained by them for one more day. On 01/07/08 I tried to be in touch with East Patel Nagar; Manager - however he has not picked-up the phone for the day. Other nos. have also remained busy for the day. Irritated with the situation; I called up at Gurgaon Office and got in touch with customer care manager Mr. Pramood (Ph 9999200377); he has again asked me to wait for 24 hours.
By qualification I am CA and at present working with ICICI Bank in Senior Regional Manager capacity having a team size of more than 50 persons. Initially I was using N-95; however for last 10 days I have stopped using the same and using the old handset. During the use of N-95; due to restart/hang-up problem I have suffered a lot in a way that there were no. of missed call, communication gaps, improper responce to the teem considering my designation. The matter has been escalated to my seniors and they have raised issue on my performance. The performance has hampered due to communication gap only.
I have not spended sum of Rs. 22000/- just to keep a dummy set with me.
I am irritate with the set and want to get releif from it. I paid high amount to increase my performance in my carrier; however the same has adversely effected my performance.
I request; if you can suggest me corrective actions to be taken by me. I am not getting proper respnse from the company/care centre. I want my money to be returned back with the compensation for the inconvience caused to me.
