My name is Tammarya. My job sheet no.505504867/110918/80. I have gave the handset on 18 sept 2011 for software. Issue is my handset model is nokia 5230 but they are putting 5235 software but it is giving some problem when I configured the my gamil in phone. J have received the mail from facebook when I open those mail one file will download automatically and it will open in music library and it will automatically get struck..and the nokia care people has told they will put 5230 software but they have to send to the service centre it will come within 7 day but not yet the gave the handset when ask to them just they are saying it will come tomorrow but now almost near to 1 month and I don’t have any trust on them even I told them I don’t want there service give me my handset but they are not giving the handset when ask for manager they are telling manager on leave and he is out of state and they gave me the fake no 9860517700.
