[Resolved] Nokia — MFD DEFECT OF HEAD PHONE CONNECTOR | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased a Nokia LUMIA520 hand set on yesterday (9.07.2013) & gifted to my elder brother as a birthday gift but it's so shameful for me that gifted set have MFG problem. At the same time I informed to my dealer ( where I purchased the set) he told me to contact Nokia Care. Then I went to Nokia Care at serampore Battala & explained my problem(Right Side head phone not working), they told me Head Phone socket require to change. I requested them that it's just purchased so why should I repair the set, please arrange to replaced the same because it's a MFG defect. But they told me replacement is not possible by us, it will be done only by dealer point. At the night I again go to the dealer point & again he told me to contact Nokia Care & informed me that he is not a manufacturer of Nokia, he is only a seller so how can he replace the set. This a 1st time I am facing this type of problem from Nokia, really it's a unacceptable. This is my painfully request to you please arrange to replace my new hand set as early as possible.
