[Resolved] Nokia / Mobile — Worst battery backup | |||
Dear sir/Madam, Since 1999,i am using nokia mobiles without any problem but recenly i bought new Nokia mobile on 30 /07/2011. Bought from:Poorvika Mobile Shop at vellore. Model:C6-01 Serial Number:[protected] Product code:059C1C2 Type:RM-718 Rs.13,600 The Mobile has the following problems 1. Battery Backup is very worst.It is not performing as per specification which is given in Website & Guide Book. BL-5CT 1050 mAh Li-Ion battery Talk-time (maximum): GSM up to 720 min & WCDMA up to 290 min Standby time (maximum): GSM up to 420 h & WCDMA up to 380 h 2. it is getting hot while using of mobile. The mobile has lot of facilities & application but how can we avail the same without battery backup. I am fully depressed & not happy with the C6-01 Mobile,so i request you to replace the C6-01 with some other model as my wish for your customer satisfication.I will pay remain amount, if it more than this. I am facing problem & getting depression on daily basis from date of purchased .I dont want to run my life with this problemetic model mobile.Kindly do the needful.
