Nokia Mobile — Touchpad not working

I Tanay Sharma want to submit a complaint against the Nokia Care in Jodhpur.
I went to the Nokia care as my phone Nokia C3-01 touchpad was not working, this mistake observed by me within one month of my purchase (Date of purchase 01 August 2011) I went to Nokia Care Point, Olympic Road, Jodhpur on 14.12.2011, they have deposited my handset vide their service job sheet No.[protected]/111214/50 dated 14.12.2011. The other details of hand set are as under:

On 14 January I went to Nokia Care Point to collect my hand set but they were unable to give me any suitable reply, they have told me to come next day they will let me know the exact position of my hand set. Next day on 15 January 2012 again I went to them but to no avail, they have informed that the set is not received from Jaipur and they were unable to inform the likely to date of receipt.
At last I have left with no option to make a complaint.
