We had purchased a Nokia handset which no is N 500 & EMI no is 357924042676023 on dated 29/11/2011 which is under warranty period but when purchased mobile after 1 month its become dead then we went to Nokia Care of Kanpur which name SS services 96/2 star press building chunniganj crossing Kanpur & they transferred my set to yours factory which located in NOIDA but we had not satisfied your service because they changed my handset's mother board & return to me but after one week there was another problem created on my handset the problem is that when called any no. or any call came to my mobile the light become off so we again went to your nokia care same place but they did not solve the problem & says that its goes to factory again I give the handset again on dated 10/04/12 but when we goes to nokia care secondly but my problem not resolved so they again submitted my mobile & said that it had gone to factory again so I got angry so we complain there customer care representative & wrote that mail when we go to nokia care the sales person tell me again & again that please increased your warranty 7 charged me Rs. 500 why l pay that money .
We received the my cell phone on dated 30/04/2012 & your customer care executive & she told that ur cell is properly working but on dated 01/05/12 its become dead then today i went to your nokia care & they deposited my cell phone & told me that its go to factory again . My cell phone is going for forth time this type of fault happen with me forth time. I already complain the customer care executive today its no is 1/12264568754.
So please solve that matter & change my handset as soon as possible.I already complain with Nokia Customer care but there is no type of response from thier So please suggest to me what i do & please breif me how complain against nokia from the help of Consumer Court.
