Nokia N73m — REGULAR N73M SIGNAL PROBLEM | |
Dear consumer Forum, This is Shobhit Khanna, I purchased Nokia N73M in Aug 2007, it worked fine for 5 months but after there was a serious problem of on network / signal on the phone. It happened thrice in 6 Months I continuously was in contact to Nokia Care and got that repaired but the problem was not completely solved since the problem kept on repeating. Even last month faced the same. I gave the Phone to Shree Communications in Pune they quoted me a charge of 1850/- even the phone was in guarantee period and gave a delivery time 7th Aug 2008. But till date I didn’t received My Phone. There were also some more issues like USB was not able to connect properly, Phone very time use get hang and gets restarts automatically, etc. So, I request you to please look into the Issue and I need to have an Urgent Replacement with a brand-new one. I am facing huge problem because of the above and can’t change my handset each time it gets some fault. I strongly believe that we should log a Case against Nokia. Please let me know what all input you require for the above.
