had purchased an E72 NOKIA Mobile handset in January 2010, IMEI No. [protected] and also paid charges for extended warranty. Due to manufacturing defect, the keypad mat started dislodging and i went to Bright Infocom, the authorised service center for replacement of keypad in amy 2010. I was told that i would be contacted soon as they did not have supply of Black colour mats. Inspite of several visits and calls they were continously claiming non-receipt of keypad from company. Vexed, i called Nokia Customer care on 26-07-10 and was given a complaint reference number and was asked to call back in 48 hrs. I kept calling every day from 28th but all in vain. Since yesterday, the call center executives started keeping me on hold or disconnecting the phone. I had deposited the handset with the service center on 30-7-10 but the same exscuse of non availability of keypad is given. It is pathetic and a shame on a MNC like NOKIA for this kind of attitude and their customer care call center's behaviour. HP, TATASKY, etc are customer friendly but NOKIA seems to be taking Indians for a ride. Was this information helpful? | |||
