[Resolved]  Nokia X2 - 00 — CALL HANGING WHILE TALKING AND NOT ABLE TO CONVERSATE

I have purchased Nokia x2-00 mobile on 24th April,2011 at Vizianagaram bearing IMEI No. [protected] and got the Service Warranty extension by paying Rs.150/- at Vizianagaram Authorised Service Centre. Since March,2012 to date more than 3 times I have given to service center for the same problem of holding the call while talking and not able to continue conversation. Once, the Speaker was changed then OS reloaded then BSNL Sim changed again very recently given for servicing but was told that they have thoroughly checked and reloaded OS and said O.K. But in a day again the same problem persists. I came to an understanding that VZM service center can not rectify this problem. Hence, I sought the customer-care or related wing may please look into this problem and see that either the problem be solved or the unit may be replaced to keep up the image of such big company like NOKIA. Out of trust and belief on NOKIA sets, I have discarded my earlier mobile despite being good in condition and now I am suffering from both ends. Hope, an early action in this regard will help me.
