Nokia X3 - 02 — From beginning it's getting problems

I bought my Nokia - x3-02, 6 months before, initially some software problem arises for that I went to Nokia care and they resolve the problem but I lost all my valuable data. Now again from last 3 days I am suffering with the same problem. Please take it as priority action and provide the new mobile to me.
