Nokia X3- creating problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchase my Nokia X3 on 05/09/2010 from Nokia Priority Dealer (Air Connect, Bangalore), within 2 days i come to know that there is problem in camera, i went to that shop again i tell them about camera problem, so want to check my cell but the battery was completely low, though last night i charge it completely, they ask me to keep cell in charging for 6 hour because it's a new mobile. that time i don't know that there is battery problem also. they replace my mobile because of camera problem, but they not replace battery and memory card. within 1 week i come to know that my cell have Zero battery backup, again i went to shop where i purchase this mobile but they said i have to go Nokia Service Center.

I went to Nokia Service Center (Star Electronics), they kept my mobile for 1 day & said there is Software problem in my mobile. After servicing problem was same. After 4 days i again went to Nokia Service Center (Star Electronics) they replace my battery and ask me to keep mobile in charging for 8 hour for 3 Days because it's a new battery, but after 4 days my the situation is still same.

I am struggling with this mobile like any thing. Now i don't know what to do, I can't struggle with this Zero Battery backup mobile. Can you please help me, can i get my money back. Pls contact me at smile.smita@gmail.com

I have also purchase x3 and I am also suffering from zero battery backup problem and my cell phone becomes hot very frequently.I also need help.plz help me.
 
hey,
even i have the camera problem with my brand new nokia x3. its not clicking pictures.its troubling me a lot. and some problem is also there with the messages inbox... my saved messages from the other folders move to my inbox on their own. what should i do ... guys please help.

My name is Balakumaran from Malaysia. I also fased the same problem. When we go to shop we bought, The salesman talk with rude. Is the the service NOKIA gives to us. I am really very dissapointed on buying the Nokia X3. Now they wont return my money also. Now I'm using another mobile. Please help me on this and hope to get the right concept.
