Nokia2700 Classic — Service not satisfactory

Dear sir,
As directed by your email detail on dated 14.10.10 . I fallowed the instructions and submited my NOKIA 2700C along with details at M/s M.M. Electronics, 301-302, Express Road, Kanpur as per Job sheet No. 15938 dated 19.10.10.
After receiving back my set I found that problem was as it is in my NOKIA 2700C. After all my efferts and complains ni I think nokia care is not intrested to slove the problem. It is frestating for me. But I can not ready to giveup. If you people have any solution for my problem please do the same immediatelly other wise I have move for leagle help to get back worth of my money/time and uncomfort.
