The above instrument was purchased from Fone Zone from Dr. Yagnik Road, Rajkot/Gujarat wide bill no:- Dated 26/07/08. The above Instrument is totally failed in charging and with not working a 3rd no key, with effect from 05/09/08. The above Instrument Handed over at Nokia Care Center, Dr. Yagnik Road, Rajkot on 08/09/2008 Job Sheet No:[protected]/080908/90. The Email was sent to nokia care on regarding issue a new one instrument in place of the above reff. instrument but no satisfactory answer received from the company. You are requested to do needful in the matter.
