NON RECEIPT OF PASSPORT
Sir,

Hyderabad Passport Office, Passport renewal
File No: F012872 -09
PALEPU VENKATESWRA RAVI SANKARA PRASAD

I have given my passport for renewal on 25.05.2009 and I have not yet received the passport even though I have submitted all the documents. No response from status enquiry telephone numbers.
I have given written complaint in passport office on 23rd October but still no response.

Web status says Police Report has not been received.
But police verification has been completed in the month of June and I have the proof also.


Please advise.
