L.I.C. POLICY — non receipt of maturity payment

My two insurance policy have matured as Policy No.[protected] &
[protected].
but i have not recieved any communication from LIC and not cheques even the employees of LIC department are not taking this matter seriously. so please let me know the proper solution of it.
