Descriptiveness and mismanagement of tour (Darjeeling to Gangtok Boarding from I tarsi) wef 16/5/2012to 25/5/2012 arranged by North East Wonder (IRCTC).
Complete detail of complain is attached for your necessary early action,About a month back I mailed the said complaint but I could not get any response
