[Resolved]  North Indian Railway ATVM Card — Balance is deduct in card but ticket not come out form machine

Sir,
I was trying 3 times to take a ticket from ATVM machine of H Nizamuddin station but ticket not come out from machine but card balance is less every transation finally card balance is loss apx. Rs. 300/- and I could not received ticket from machine.
Sir how can received againg my loss amount of ATVM card. Pls. suggest me.
