[Resolved]  Northeast Frontier Railway — no maintenance

sir,
it is to inform you with high regret that we are a regular passenger of Train no.15469&15470 new alipurduar lumding passenger n same vice versa .and in this summer most of the fans n lights in various coaches of this train are either not fittedor not working .and even there is no water n maintanence of bathroom n coaches. we have complaint many times to the DRM Rangia and DRM lumding. but no necessary action is being taken yet..we are suffering a lot due to such unproffesional and irresponsible service of railway department.kindly look into the matter n do the needful at the earliest.
