[Resolved]  Not Receive Rto Book — Delay in shipment

i have posted one article through EMS no. ER[protected]IN on 13 August, 2011 by Speed Post from Kota (Rajasthan) to Saudi Arabia, Till now on 16th august. 2011, the article is not delieverd yet.its been more 3 days. please let me know about the status as it is very imp. to reach there on time.. the status is showing "Article is Bagged" at Mumbai on 14th August 2011.. now what should i do...please help me..
