[Resolved]  Not Receive Rto Book — Speed Post is not delivered

Hi,

My family member Passport is dispatched on 1June2012 and tracking number is EN[protected]IN and it went to Valigonda postoffice.Post master redirected as per our request to the correct address as we gave wrong Zipcode while filling the passport application.Even after redirectign also there is no update on the status and also not delivered to the address or passport office.
I dont know what is the meaning of speed post system. And why the post office officials are not using the system for updating the status.
And people who are there in Customer care unit , talking irresponsible. And dont know where to go for at least personal collection the speed post.

Please advice us to where to go for collecting this kind of issue.When we spoke with CC, they told that check with the Post office HUB in Hyderabad.Can any one where is it??
