ERROR IN PAN CARD DATA

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied and received PAN card before one and half year.

My pan No is : AJMPV4694G.

I found that my father name is written on my PAN card is PARASHOTTAMBHAI BALCHUBHAI VAGHASIYA when I applied my father's name is PARASHOTTAMBHAI BACHUBHAI VAGHASIYA. I also provided document as correct name not written name.

Means the my father's name is not as per my application and provided documents.

There is mistake in my grand father's name. name on pan card is BALCHUBHAI instead of BACHUBHAI.

How to correct my fathers name in PAN card.

I request you to do in this regard.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied and received PAN card

My pan No is : DELPS7125J

I found that my name is written on my PAN card is BINA but she's name shown on BIMA instead of BINA on your record.
one again i request you to make a necessary correction in your record to show a correct name as soon as possible.

i have submitted one application regarding this at your Lower Parel office on dated 22/06/2011

I request you to do in this regard.
