I have recd. a PRAN NO. alongwith I-PIN & T-PIN but when I try to access it through online CRA WEBSITE a message is displayed "USER ACCOUNT IS LOCKED, PLEASE RESET THE PASSWORD". Please guide me how can I access my PRAN NO. now, when my account is locked.

I have applied for PRAN no. on July 08, 2011 despatch no. 1786 to Distt. Treasury Office, Faridkot city (PUNJAB). Till now it had been one and half month passed, but I hvnt got PRAN No. Pls let me know about the whole process and whn did I get PRAN no.?

I have not received my PRAN card Yet. The NSDL send to me one message to my phone that is your PRAN Account has been generated on 18/06/2011 and you will receive PRAN kit shortly. This message has been sent by NSDL on 20/06/2011 at 9:01 pm.But the PRAN kit has not come to treasury yet today. the treasury officer has said that your PRAN no has not received so we can stop your salaries. We dont know ACK no. The concerned authorities are asked to look into the matter seriously to solve the problem.

We have not received our PRAN cards Yet. The NSDL send to me one message to my phone that is your PRAN Account has been generated on 01/06/2011 and you will receive PRAN kit shortly. This message has been sent by NSDL on 02/06/2011.But the PRAN kit has not come to treasury yet today.So, please send our PRAN Kit as early as possible.

I, (V.Raghu Ram Mohan), working as a Junior Assistant in the O/o the Deputy Executive Engineer, Panchayat Raj P.I.U. Sub Division, Venkatagiri. I had Sented my PRAN Application to Secunderabad on February 2010. Already Acknowledgement Number issued My Acknowledgement Number is 52026010006276501 and the DTO Number is 4004055. The Date of File will be Uploaded on 10-MARCH 2010 on TIER -1. Upto till date the PRAN Number not reached and allotted to me. PRAN(110090763320) kit along with IPIN/TPIN (password) has been delivered through Overnite Courier (Number 0453181217) on 18-MAR-2010. To this day this Overnite Courier ( Number 0453181217) has not reached to me. So please find this courier whether reached or not

I have entered wrong password and my account is locked. kindly suggest me what should i do. In this connection I wrote to info.cra@nsdl.co.in REMINDER -2 the following massage received.
With reference to your trail email, regarding issue of new IPIN/TPIN. You are requested to contact your PAO (Pay and Account Office)& confirm whether your PAO has process your request or not. If your PAO has process your request, kindly provide us 10 digit Acknowledgement number (Generated by CRA system after processing request in NPSCAN) to provide you the status of your request.

We would like to inform you that CRA has developed a Central Grievance Management System (CGMS) wherein the entities can raise their grievances against CRA or any other entities in NPS. You can access the CRA website ‘www.cra-nsdl.com’ and use the I-Pin allotted at the time of registration in order to log your grievances. After successful logging of the grievance, a token number will be generated by the system with the help of which you can track the status of your grievance on CRA website. The grievances logged in CGMS will be centrally monitored by a dedicated team “Subscriber Care Group” (SCG) at NSDL-CRA so as to ensure that the grievances are resolved in a smooth and efficient manner.
