I have not received my PRAN cards Kit .It was dispatched on 11-Aug-2011.Till now i dint received the kit. Our drawing officers stopped my salaries because of non availability of PRAN numbers. The treasury authorities insisted for PRAN Kits which are very essential for drawing our salaries. The concerned authorities are asked to look into the matter seriously to solve the problem.

i am a residing in chandigarh.i m a businessman.plz tel me can i open a PRAN a/c.i have visited all the POPs in chandigarh. But not a single centre of yours know the procedure . Moreover they have no information regarding this. Please guide me am i eligible for opening this PRAN a/c?

I have recd. a PRAN NO. alongwith I-PIN & T-PIN but when I try to access it through online CRA WEBSITE a message is displayed "USER ACCOUNT IS LOCKED, PLEASE RESET THE i-pin from CRA". at first i got a pran no 110090557186 through treasury hazaribag but i did not get pran kit but treasury ordered to cps employee to fill again form s1 then i fill the form s1 and then i got a pran kit and new pran no110080031062. finally i got two pran no and no any information given detail through nither new pran no nor old pran plz solve my problem.
