Fund amount not credited.

Dear sir/Madam
I am venkatesan., Two months back i was applied MCX IPO worth rs 55728/... unfortunately my share was not yet allotted.. past two months i am trying to get my fund... they are not giving proper service to the customer. please kindly take the action and refund my fund amount... my details given below

Dear Sir,

As per our acknowlegement no. 882010207071254 applied 12/7/12 as per pan status there not received in payment but as per my bank statement Ch.no. 213243 dtd. 12/7/12 cheque cleared in bank dtd.20/7/12.
