PAN Card NO.BPNPP2330B of my father Sh.Shyam Bihari Pandey,Advocate High Court,Calcutta, of Village.RAMEPUR (JAMUAN) P.O.Ballia,Distt.Ballia U.P.277001, local cell no.8004581965,has not been recd.so far.

The same is urgently reqd.to avoid TDS deduction,

Address mentioned is full and correct and the same can be sent by RPAD.immdly.

Request to accord top priority.

Dear Sir,

The PAN card had been dispatched by courier on 27-MAY-2011 but was returned undelivered. The PAN card will be dispatched shortly through post.
Kindly confirm the receipt of the same.
