NSDL - Not receipt of PAN Card

Sir, My PAN Card delivered on 07 May 2012 by your coy vide your bill No. ZB3782397. But I am still awaiting my PAN Card till date. Please confirm and ensure delivery to the authoriesed indl only.

Not receipt of PAN Card

I am not receive PAN Card till date. Please confirm and ensure delivery to the authorised indl only.
