[Resolved]  NSDL - PAN card correction — still not know when i will receive the correct pan card

It is possible to apply the pan card through online. if its possible tell me how to apply.. which web site.

I have mentioned my sirname (Vashistha) in my PAN card whereas in my all certificates(matriculation, Sr. Secondary exam., Diploma, Driving License, voter I.D. card ) sirname is not included.
Because in form there is a coloum for sirname so I mentioned it.

But now I am facing the problem in making other govt. certificates.So what I have to do to make the correct name in my passport.

correction of date of birth — not yet received the corrected pan card

Dear Sir, I have applied for correction of my date birth in the pan card on date29th May 2008. but yet I have not received the same though two and half months have already passed away.

Pan card — PAN CARD NOT YET RECEIVED AFTER RECTIFICATION

Since 1 and half year Iam struggling for PAN Card. At first it was was wrongly delivered to someone else in Hyderabad. Now I have applied for DUPLICATE card with modified address, but my NAME IS WRONGLY typed.

My name supposed to be:

I have applied again by paying 60 rupees at UTI center at visakkhapatnam, but still its the same effect. Atlast WILL I GET MY PAN CARD OR NOT ? HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT ? I M GETTING DOUBT WHETHER IT dept is habituated to do mistakes even after frequest requests .

I HAVE APPLIED FOR Change in name in my PAN Card vide ack no. [protected] dt 05.Mar'2008. After 4 months I got a reply from SHELL asking for some more informations. I have submitted the same and the status of the site shows that my card has been despatched on 10 -Sep-2008. But I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CARD TILL DATE.

I am applying PAN for 6 months ago. but i am not getting PAn card results and status. Please give the informtion about my Pan Card.but website is showing your PAN is in processing

This has reference to telecon had with you 2 times in last 50 days. As per your reply that your two problems has been cleared i.e. payment and photograph atter that still I have not received my PAN CARD.



I had applied for making PAN CARD on[protected]. I think this is very late /long time to make a PAN Card. I had also sent to you photographs through courier 2 times i.e. 09/04/2008 & 02/09/2008 after receiving your mail that photograph is not proper.



I think you people are very careless to do your job properly. Because I am suffering from last 7-8 months for making a PAN Card, please advise me but to do for making a PAN Card. Including pan application photograh I have sent 3 times photographs even not sigle 2-3 photographs every time.



You are requested to please do on priority basis as early as possible.

Pan card — Pan card not received on Name correction

I had applied for name correction in my pan card issued from Nagpur as the same was issued in my father's name. My pan card number is ACXPN6252E. My name is A.K.R Srinivasan as it was issued in my father's name (Alwarsamy) I had applied form name correction thru IOB bank at Annanagar Tower branch in Chennai for name correction and address change (from angpur to chennai). Kindly do the needful to issue me a new PAN card after name correction and address changes.
