PAN card was undelivered.

Hi,

I have applied for a pan card , but it undelivered to my address and returned back to NSDL.
Is there any procedure to get my pan card back, without filling correction form.
Please help!
i have attached the screenshot of my application status.

Dear sir,
this is to inform you that my wife's pan card was despatch on dt 07.11.12 from your side, but sorry to say that till date the same has not been received by her . On checking the status i came to know that the same is lying at mumbai due to RUD.
