FARIDABAD (HARYANA) PIN 121001 HAS APPLIED NEW ONLINE PAN CARD THROUGH ON NSDL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NO. [protected] DATED 15.11.2007 & I HAVE SEND YOU THE DOCUMENTS THROUGH FIRST FLIGHT COURIER VIDE DOCKET NO. I20287557 DATED 14.12.2007 & RECEIVED BY YOU ON DATED 17.12.2007. BUT TILL ON DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD. AS I HAVE VERY URGENT REQUIREMENT OF PAN CARD SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO ISSUE ME MY PAN CARD ON URGENT BASIS.

PAYMENT OF PAN CARD FEE RS. 67/- PAID BY MY CREDIT CARD & WHICH YOU HAVE RECEIVED.

Dear sir,
As per PAN application status pan card has been delivered on 20-jul-2012 by first flight courier service but due to some reasons they could not find right address of mine so they sent back pan card to main office Mumbai, but still i haven’t received my pan card back, so please do needful in this matter. Please find here attachment of PAN Application status.
